While attending a writer's conference in Seattle in the spring of 2010, God impressed me to provide a conference in the Spokane area. After seeking His will I enlisted the help of some writer friends, secured James L. Rubart as a keynote speaker and found a venue - all in about 3 months time. My heart's desire was to provide an affordable, quality event for area writers as well as writers from all over the U.S. and Canada. Considering the success of our first conference in March 2011, it was clear this was meant to be. I am blessed to be able to announce the second INWCW conference.
